New PyPI release without numpy imports

The current version on PyPI does not work with numpy>=1.24.0, since this is already fixed in master could you publish a new release? Thank you 🙂

A workaround for now is to run pip install git+https://github.com/mattloper/chumpy . This will install the package with the latest source code from this repo.

Is there any news on updating the PyPI release? It is quite inconvenient to manually fix the chumpy dependency every time.
