Widget: Scratchpad — a text box that survives restarts

A place to paste something for thirty seconds without opening an editor. Both competitors ship notes; Notchly has nowhere to put a thought.

Needs no permissions at all — notchly.storage is enough. Probably the smallest widget on the roadmap.

One thing that matters: call notchly.ui.holdOpen(true) while the field has focus, or a panel set to close on pointer-exit will slide shut mid-sentence.
