A Claude generated prototype and not manually reviewed. Requires review if we decide to go ahead with this approach.

  • The ideas tab is dropped completely for all projects
  • Each idea card now opens a dialog that shows the idea content in one column and the idea code in the second column (stacks on mobile)
  • Each dialog has a button to 'Create' the project
  • When creating an idea project:
    • The 'Guide' tab is shown (above Reference) and displays the idea text
    • The project is given the idea title
    • The editor is populated with the idea code
  • The guide tab is persisted with the project forever
    • We could offer the facility to dismiss the guide or only persist it for a session
  • The ideas dialog could have custom content - this might be a nicer introduction to an idea, but has translation costs

Idea cards on the home page now open a dialog with the idea's text and
its code, read-only. Create makes a new project with the idea's code in
main.py, through the editor route's action, and opens it on the Guide.

Projects record the idea they were created from (ProjectMeta.ideaSlug,
kept by duplicates), and those projects get a Guide tab first in the
sidebar: the idea's content without its code. The Ideas tab is no
longer in the sidebar; its components are left for now.
The sidebar no longer has an Ideas tab, and the Guide shows ideas
without their code, so the panel's components, the "Open" action on
idea code blocks and their strings are unused.

Preview build will be at

These render as plain text instead
Reverts the removal of the old Ideas panel and its strings. Projects
created from the home page idea dialog keep the Guide; other projects
show the Ideas tab after Reference, as before.
Same size and style as the settings and help menus, and the tab strip's
spacer is back to how it was.
