.NET - Bing Grounding can not get result

I write Bing Grounding support with .NET, can not get result, I check my foundry , it not add bing grounding in portal

Interesting, in the Notebook provided, the grounding tool is being set using the SDK (which is not part of the Agent Framework toolset, probably something is missing from the actual implementation.

As I investigated, the notebook seems OK, the lack of result seems to be related to a bad connection id setting. As the environment variable name may imply usage of the BING_CONNECTION_NAME this actually should be the BING_CONNECTION_STRING.
