Search forces API language selection even if you want agnostic docs #1673

When I invoke the search on the website, wither via the shortcut key (CTRL + K) or clicking in the Search box, I am forced to select an API language:

When selecting one, I'm taken to the API reference for that language, eg: https://aspire.dev/reference/api/csharp/, and the search there doesn't search the whole site.

This means that I'm unable to search for non-API reference content, such as the pages under Foundations, Integrations, etc.

Expected Behaviour: The search should not force you to the API reference docs only, it should be for whole site searching.
