eShoplite playground does not refresh properly when deployed to Azure

In this PR (#1985) I got the eShoplite application deploying to ACA using AZD. Deployment works fine but there are a few issues:

1. messaging container (rabbitmq) is scaled to zero
2. when adding product to basket, the basket icon does not update
3. when clicking the basket icon, the count does not go back to zero.

Note on #4 I manually scaled up the messaging container so the instance was online and confirmed that the message flowed through to the orderprocessor.

Now that we've got the ability to deploy this to production it probably just needs a polish pass to make sure these kinks are worked out.

I think 2 and 3 are fixed now too by the change to enabled forwarded headers in the manifest if it matches what I'd been seeing. Needs verification.
