- Implement 'avml stream stdout' to stream memory acquisitions directly to stdout without intermediate files or network listening ports
- Document 'avml stream stdout' in README.md
- Add tools/get_kernel_symbols.py to automatically fetch kernel debuginfo packages and generate Volatility 3 ISF tables for Fedora and RHEL-based distributions
- Update .gitignore to ignore Python cache, memory dumps, and generated symbol tables
