Description
This PR removes the Obsolete tags from the BotFrameworkAdapter class and its related classes.
Specific Changes
Removed tags and added the suggestion of the use of CloudAdapter in the following classes:
- BotMessageHandler
- BotFrameworkHttpAdapter
- BotMessageHandlerBase
- IAdapterIntegration
- BotFrameworkHttpAdapterBase
- BotFrameworkAdapter
