vcpkg install mstelemetry.First iteration:
vcpkg install mstelemetrycommand downloads the OSS release, builds it and installs in local vcpkg cache (not system-wide). It is also possible to use the port file right now from checked out source tree. I am showing how to do it.Windows configurations will be added in a separate PR.
Partially addresses #589 (POSIX only); need to fine-tune the list of possible triplets (static/dynamic, release/debug), and add a few examples how to write custom ports for libcurl vs. Apple HTTP stack. Android is a whole separate story. Android triplet details: https://vcpkg.readthedocs.io/en/stable/users/android/ ... Not covering this yet.
