In Windows PowerShell, I get an error while calling "DownloadFile" and cannot build. #937
Description
Hi, I read the Japanese article and tried to build Malmo.
However, Windows PowerShell shows an error while calling "DownloadFile" for a moment and I cannot build it.
Can I use Malmo in this situation?
If so, I would like to know how.
