When perform release mode build using Visual Studio 2022
Encounter errors
AD0001 Analyzer 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Threading.Analyzers.CSharpVSTHRD001UseSwitchToMainThreadAsyncAnalyzer' threw an exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' with message 'Could not load file or assembly 'System.Memory, Version=4.0.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.'
Expected behavior
Expected System.Memory.dll are bundle into the Microsoft.VisualStudio.Threading.Analyzers 18.7.23
Actual behavior
Error when build in release mode in Visual Studio 2022

My colleague sees this on Vs 2022 as well. I'm on VS 2026 and don't see it.
