Pull request overview
Adds additional BYOK-related diagnostic logging to help troubleshoot enablement/initialization behavior (particularly in the eval harness / scenario automation flows).
Changes:
- Log when BYOK language model providers are registered (including provider names).
- Log why BYOK is not being enabled when the auth/token gating doesn’t pass.
- Log when the known models list fetch begins.
