When I use "organize imports"(Alt+Shift+O) I don't want the plugin to expand all x.y.*; imports. I use those for better readability and want to keep them. Scrolling the first hundreds of lines down in each document is just annoying

I am unable to disable prediction for imports, i.e. the .* inclusion by default which is frustrating as it's entirely inconsistent to every other plugin which doesn't automatically assume either all, or that I'm going to continue the chain. I'd rather be able to type the . myself to continue it. I just want to see what potential classes/packages are next in line once I press .

We have related settings. E.g. you can set java.sources.organizeImports.starThreshold to "2", and it will keep use ".*" if there are more than one classes in the same package.
