Assessment failing when Identity pillar is run against tenant with 200k+ accounts #1328

When running the Identity pillar the assessment stalls and fails while trying to gather all the sign-in logs for both the User and the Service Principal.

How does the assessment batch the users so it can continue to process a large number of accounts without failing? As you can see in the photo above the Service Principal Sign fails within a 5-6min span. The User Registration logs after an hour.
