Test-Assessment-21868 "Guests don't own apps in the tenant" is very inefficient #1497

Test-Assessment-21868 makes one API call per application AND one API call per service principal to fetch owner information. In a large tenant, when there are hundreds of apps/SPs, this is the only test which takes hours to run.

Making API calls for each application / service principle is an anti-pattern. A better approach is to store the required information in the first export phase (Export-ZtTenantData) and then all these API calls can be replaced with just a single database query.
