moveRefactoring method of RefactoringUtil filters refactorings #121

moveRefactoring method of RefactoringUtil class applies refactorings that it receives as input. But it also filters some of them out. It's better to perform filtering in another place (for example filter method of RefactoringUtil class) or notify somehow about which refactorings were applied and which not.
