Side By Side and Unified View Not Consistent

It seems that when I use the side-by-side view I can only view 300 lines of text in the WPF control and in the unified view I can view the whole text file. Is this a bug or is it by design? If it is by design, is there a way for me to show the entire file side-by-side instead of just the first 300 lines?

It just started working and displaying all the lines now. That was very strange! Just starting to use this and this is amazing!!! I've been looking to do something like this for quite a while. Thanks for this!
