[Major Feature Request] In-App Skin Editor

Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

Since the Modrinth App now includes a skin selector and has an edit button, the logical next step would to include an in-app skin editor that would be an option after clicking the edit skin button.

Describe the solution you'd like

A skin editor that would allow you to:

• Change the pose of the player to get the inner skin models (like the area in between the arms and the chest)
• An RGB or HEX color picker
• Save the skin as a skin in the Modrinth App automatically
• Rotate around the player
• Zoom in and out
• Change brush size
• Probably have a default color palette that beginner artists could use
  This would require a version bump in the modrinth app (e. g. 0.16.x) if implemented.
