macOS can list the app as allowed while refusing every call, because the stored code requirement no longer matches the signature. Pressing the button clears that row and re-asks; 'Open Settings' undersold it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
