feat: add automated package updater for Mysterium Node DEB

• Introduced myst-updater service and timer for automatic updates.
• Created configuration file myst-updater.default for environment variables.
• Implemented updater logic in cmd/myst_updater/main.go to handle package updates.
• Added necessary systemd service and timer files for managing the updater.
• Updated installation scripts to include new updater service and timer.
• Enhanced package management with validation and health checks for updates.
• Added tests for updater functionality and configuration parsing.
