Bug description

The app-navigation-toggle overlaps content on multiple pages.

On contacts:

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the contacts/apps page in a PC browser.
2. Check if the navigation toggle button overlaps the main content.

Expected behavior

The content is not overlapped by the menu functionality.
