Blocklist Request #203

I would like to request that the AdGuard Japanese filter be added to the blocklist.

There is already the AdAway filter (https://github.com/logroid/adaway-hosts/blob/master/hosts.txt), but since it hasn’t been updated for about two years, I would like to ask that the Japan-specific AdGuard filter be added.
