Summary

Stacked on #98. warnings-wrapper-contract.spec.ts checks the { site, warnings, hints } wrapper of POST /api/sites and PUT /api/sites/{domain} at the source level. It still read Program.cs, but #94/#98 moved those handlers to Sites/SiteEndpoints.cs, so both cases failed with no behaviour change. The spec now reads the new file. The regexes are unchanged and still match.
