10:56:20 Conducting pre-submission checks for node-v26.4.0.pkg and initiating connection to the Apple notary service...
10:56:21 Error: HTTP status code: 403. A required agreement is missing or has expired. This request requires an in-effect agreement that has not been signed or has expired. Ensure your team has signed the necessary legal agreements and that they are not expired.
10:56:21 Notarization node-v26.4.0.pkg failed.
10:56:21 make: *** [node-v26.4.0.pkg] Error 1
Assuming from the error message that this needs someone able to log into our Apple dev account and accept whatever agreement is missing/expired.
Given that this is blocking releases at the moment I'm going to ping others who may have access to the 2FA codes for this to be able to resolve it: @rvagg, @mhdawsonbuild#3478, or @UlisesGasconbuild#3605?
I used to have access to the Apple developer account but it looks like the 2FA has been changed. My phone number is no longer linked with it. There is only one option.

@ryanaslett has resolved this - https://ci-release.nodejs.org/job/iojs+release/11887/nodes=osx13-release-pkg appears to have run through successfully.
