QuicStream has the two methodsstopSending and resetStream.
These are quite important for half-closing a stream.
Currently, these two are not included in the documentation.
This is important for developers implementing certain protocols such as webtransport.

    Hi, I'd like to fix this. I'll add documentation for both stopSending
    and resetStream in doc/api/quic.md. Will have a PR up shortly.
