What steps will reproduce the bug?
When trying to fetch https://github.com/newrelic/serverless-newrelic-lambda-layers graphql API, it fails with

How often does it reproduce? Is there a required condition?
Always, I'd guess fetching an API from the CI

I have the same problem in my CI Github action. I downgrade to node 20 and it's ok.
It's not the best solution but in waiting

For the time being I downgraded to node 22.22.3.
But this PR fixed it: #64004
Using node v24.18.0 I do not have any errors in the workflow.
I'll close the issue!
