Overview
This automated Crowdin sync adds Arabic site content for key About pages (overview, governance, Collab Summit, upcoming events) plus Arabic UI strings in ar.json and localized download command snippets (n, npm, yarn).

It aligns release documentation in French, Japanese, and Ukrainian with the updated policy: historical odd/even behavior through Node.js 26, and from Node.js 27 an annual cadence with a six-month Alpha phase before Current and then LTS. The same locales’ partners copy now describes financial supporters via OpenCollective and GitHub Sponsors (French wording shifts from “contributeurs” to “sponsors” in that blurb).

French gains an asdf install snippet and matching platformInfo in fr.json; Korean only tweaks an npm verify comment. @node-core/website-i18n is bumped to 1.1.30.

Arabic n snippet missing comment
