Remote repo page URLs replace / with - causing collisions #64

Bug

URLs for pages on remote repos incorrectly replace / in paths with -, which:

1. Produces wrong URLs
2. Can cause two different files to share the same URL (collision)

Current Behavior

https://nsheaps.github.io/cept/pr-52/g/github.com/nsheaps/cept/blob/main/docs/git-content-getting-started-quick-start-md

All / in the file path portion gets replaced with -.

Expected Behavior

URLs should use the actual path, mimicking GitHub's URL structure for viewing files in a repo:

https://nsheaps.github.io/cept/pr-52/g/github.com/nsheaps/cept/blob/main/docs/git-content/getting-started/quick-start.md

Goal

A user should be able to swap the URL base path between GitHub and Cept and have it load the corresponding content. The path structure after the host/repo/blob/branch prefix should be identical.
