Annotate Computer Vision models with metadata attributes (~106 models)

Context

Sub-issue of #958 (Annotate all model classes with metadata attributes)

Scope

Annotate all concrete model classes in src/ComputerVision/ with the 6 model metadata attributes.

Subdirectories (~106 models)

• Segmentation/ (~86 models) - SAM, Mask R-CNN, U-Net, DeepLab, etc.
• Detection/ (~30 models) - YOLO, DETR, Faster R-CNN, etc.
• OCR/ (~4 models)
• Tracking/ (~4 models) - ByteTrack, DeepSORT, SORT

Acceptance Criteria

• Every concrete model class has all required attributes
• dotnet build src/AiDotNet.csproj --framework net10.0 -c Release passes with 0 errors
• No model class in src/ComputerVision/ is missed

Note on model count

The original estimate of ~106 models included infrastructure/utility classes that are NOT concrete model classes and don't need annotation:

• Segmentation (10 non-models): MaskHead, MaskLoss, MedicalSegmentationOutput, OpenVocabSegmentationOutput, PointCloudSegmentationOutput, SegmentationDataset, SegmentationMask, SegmentationOutput, SegmentationPrompt, VideoSegmentationOutput
• Detection (11 non-models): AnchorGenerator, AnchorMatcher, CIoULoss, DETRSetLoss, DIoULoss, DIoUNMS, DetectionResult, GIoULoss, NMS, RPN, SoftNMS
• Tracking (1 non-model): ObjectTracker.cs (contains Track<T> data class, not a model)

Acceptance Criteria

• Every concrete model class has all required attributes (ModelDomain, ModelCategory, ModelTask, ModelComplexity, ModelInput, and ModelPaper where applicable)
• dotnet build src/AiDotNet.csproj --framework net10.0 -c Release passes with 0 errors
• No concrete model class in src/ComputerVision/ is missed

Gaps Found

None — all concrete model classes are fully annotated. This issue can be closed.
