NEGATIVE ACCEPTANCE FIXTURE — never merge into master. Based on #2207 whose eight new boundary tests passed in live run 34965621059. Changes only the executable guard from <= 0 to < 0 relative to that successful source; the exact same assertions remain unchanged. Expected: InvalidTemperature_Throws(0) fails, regression analysis recognizes a NEW failure rather than the two existing baseline failures, Validation Gate fails, and no reusable validation certificate is published for this head. A positive certificate from the earlier different SHA must not satisfy this run. No workflow/map/trust overrides. This intentionally unverified defect is published only to obtain live negative evidence; not a product fix. Other matrix results and Sonar do not substitute for these required observations.
