The auth-, user-, group-, tenant Managers 'New' methods accept a logger now. This is to be able to log message during setup of the manager (i.e. when starting the services), which wasn't possible earlier.
By default the go-ldap Client only has a network timeout set when establishing the connection. That timeout is not used when sending requests on an already established connections. This can lead to problems when an already established LDAP connections closed uncleanly (e.g. by a rough load-balancer/firewall) This changes configures a default network timeout of 30 seconds for all outgoing request. When the client runs into this time the reconnect logic will try to establish a new connection and retry the request. Related: opencloud-eu/internal#278

expose Nak & Term in raw event interface
This property indicates that a space is of a certain content type that could potentially be opened by a specific web app. E.g. a space with @libre.graph.contentType="application/vnd.opencloud.vault" can be opened with the rclone-crypt app.
Introduce an expiring lru lookup cache for the ldap identity backend which prevents spamming the ldap server with identical requests, e.g. when a user uploads several files or folders at once.

Our current code actually only works with a datagateway. When a BytesReceived event is published the storage driver always wraps the DataProvider URL in a JWT and prepends the datagateway URL.
