Our TUS clients send a checksum for the uploaded file in the 'checksum' field of the 'Upload-Metadata' Header. That checksum was never validated after the upload finished. Fixes: cs3org#2926 (cherry picked from commit 83ea6e5)
Managers can disable spaces but only admins can actually delete them. (cherry picked from commit fd20845)

This should also fix some flakiness in the integration test suite where the fallback identification mechanism only works when the parrent has already been assimilated (which is racey). (cherry picked from commit f15f49e)
