Creating a shortcut lets you submit a invalid name #3328

Bug Description

When creating a shortcut and pasting a URL without clicking on the little Popup which opens under the Input, prefills the name with the same URL. Clicking then on create submits the form without validation and the server returns an error.

Reproduction Steps

1. New Shortcut
2. Paste Link
3. Click Create.

Expected Outcome

Form validation fails telling you that the name cannot have slashes /

In other words the form should validate onSubmit and onBlur.
Currently, it's just validated onInput

Actual Outcome

Form submits!
User gets unintuitive error message from server.
