shape-doctor.py, NOT A SHAPE ROOT on a git repository: print both ways in, as AGENTS.md says, and add --org to the adopt line when there is no origin

Both are in check_the_way_in. The answer is incomplete, and pasting its adopt line on a repository with no origin is refused adopt-no-org.

NOT A SHAPE ROOT on a git repository prints only the adopt line; AGENTS.md says report both commands. Where: shape-doctor.py check_the_way_in; AGENTS.md:255-261. Effort S; all.
