Lane: xfactory-2 (xFactory-2)

Governing record for a change to the park user command (#82): bare park, run where no estate is around the current directory, parks EVERY estate under the projects directory instead of refusing and listing them. Brett Heap, 2026-09-10, after asking for a park-all alias: "for the park-all, lets make that be park with no estate option. so just park will do park-all." This REVERSES ruling 3 of #82 (2026-09-10: "refuse and list the estates found; nothing is parked by guess") for the no-estate case only.

What stays: park <Name> and park --repo <owner/name> are unchanged; bare park INSIDE an estate still parks the estate around you (the walk-up wins — a park from inside IRRS must not park the whole workstation). What changes: bare park with nothing around it discovers the estates exactly as its refusal did (every <X>/<X>/family.yaml and every standalone <X>/project.yaml under $PROJECTS_DIR or ~/projects/~/Projects, skipping pinned copies and worktrees), prints the list first, then runs its own per-estate park for each in name order, continues past a refusal, and ends with a per-estate summary and exit 1 if any estate refused or reported findings (a skip is not a pass — #80's rule). --dry-run, --lane and -- ARGS apply to every estate. No estates at all → the old wording, exit 2. Each estate's own "what park does NOT carry" report still prints under its header.

Reach: park (openRepoShape root), tests/test_park_resume_commands.py (the no-estate refusal tests become park-everything tests; add: two estates parked in order, one refusing and the other still parked, exit 1; nothing found → exit 2; inside an estate the walk-up still wins), README's user-commands paragraph and park --help, AGENTS.md's sentence about the commands. resume is NOT changed: bare resume with nothing around it still refuses — rebuilding every estate on a fresh machine by accident is the opposite risk, and Brett's word names park only.

RULING for this object, ANY lane — Brett Heap, 2026-09-10, verbatim: "for the park-all, lets make that be park with no estate option. so just park will do park-all". Supersedes ruling 3 of #82 for bare park with no estate around the cwd; the walk-up inside an estate, park <Name>, park --repo and all of resume are unchanged.

CLAIMED — lane xfactory-2 (xFactory-2), session harness 47c80b53-25d0-407b-8e19-432e9316bf61, 2026-09-10T14:58Z, for the object above, branch feat/park-everything. Reads: no comments but the ruling; open PRs: #90 (this lane's, #89 — different files); no branch matching park-everything.

(lane xfactory-2 (xFactory-2), 2026-09-10T15:54Z) PULL REQUEST OPEN: #93 (head 791c572). Also switches #90's handbook guard from a commit sha to README.md's blob hash — the sha form cannot survive this repository's squash-merges. Merges on green and closes this issue on Brett's word.

(lane xfactory-2 (xFactory-2), 2026-09-10T16:05Z) MERGED — #93 → d090a7a (squash). Bare park with no estate around you parks every estate; resume keeps its refusal; the handbook guard names README.md by blob hash. Installed on Eagle (openRepoShape --install, park == main). Closed on Brett Heap's word: "merge 91 when green and close it".
