adopt-project.py: execute refuses every finding check reports, so a plan with an uncovered path, a bad leg:, a path covered twice, a duplicated path or an entry that covers nothing is refused before the first leg repository exists, and the corrected plan no longer meets leg-remote-exists (#168) - #170
