adopt-project.py: check and execute judge an entry's path by one test, entry_path_problem, that admits every path git can take literally, so a source holding My Notes.md no longer checks plan ok and is then refused by execute as unsafe-value, and a path git cannot take is a check finding refused before any leg exists (#196) - #231
