scaffold-project.py: the leg mount passes --force to git submodule add, so a leg path an ignore rule matches (__pycache__, .DS_Store, or the default spec under an operator's own excludes) scaffolds instead of dying at the mount after all three repositories exist and both legs are pushed (#229) - #235
