family.py: bump --dry-run fetches the member, resolves --to and prints the old -> new row and its trailers without checking the member out or rewriting family.yaml, and remove --dry-run prints the row, gitlink, .gitmodules section and directory it would remove and changes nothing, so the module's EXIT CODES line is true of both (#326) - #345
