shape-doctor.py: manifest kinds prints one command for its NEXT, the git rm, git clean or git status its files need as git has them, where it printed prose joined by ; whose backticks ran family.py in zsh, and counts a manifest validated only at a path its gate reads, so a contracts/<x>-pin.yaml no leg or product names is a FINDING (#548, #439) - #555
