adopt-project.py: where git checks a symlink out as a plain file, check's finding for a link kept above a path the shape writes says the clone holds it as a file, so scripts -> tools/deep no longer says where the scripts land and sends the person to change where it points, on to adopt-symlinks-off (#531) - #584
