tests/test_doctor_next_is_a_command.py: the comment-tail guard reads each string expression whole, across + and an f-string's pieces, and flags a # led by two or more blanks or a tab with or without a blank after it and a # that opens text after a part that is not a constant, so cmd #x, cmd + " " + "# x" and f"{cmd}{pad}# x" no longer reach a NEXT unseen (#679) - #698
