family.py: bump fetches every branch of the member's origin whatever the mount's refspec and drops the origin/ refs no ref of origin backs, says a tag of the remote reaches a commit no branch does instead of "a pin the rest of the world cannot fetch", and tells a mount with no origin it has none instead of to fix the network (#686) - #795
