Restart commands the estate prints or documents in a form its own skill calls wrong: lane-handoff's refusal, the manual's late-record block, and a bare $why #330

What happens

  1. lane-handoff tells the person to start the lane with pclaude <profile>, in a comment (lane-handoff:97) and in a printed refusal (lane-handoff:1940). skills/handoff/SKILL.md:859 says a bare pclaude is profile-only on updated installations, so following that refusal skips lane resolution. It predates Make every shell block in the handoff skill parse, and stop calling /rename the only act there is (#78, #79) #200.
  2. docs/README-lanes.md:2986-2988 carries the block skills/handoff/SKILL.md:693: the late-recovery example prints a bare pclaude <profile> that fails to parse, unlike every other placeholder in the file #78 fixed in the skill: a bare lclaude <profile>, which fails to parse. A bash -n over the manual's 37 sh, bash and untagged fences at 33ce26d fails 15 of them (starts at lines 1310, 1929, 2467, 2986, 3356, 3418, 3498, 3609, 3825, 3995, 4244, 4446, 4478, 4510 and 4595), most of them synopsis blocks with placeholders. tests/test_skill_shell_blocks.py reads the skills only.
  3. skills/handoff/SKILL.md:881: the /ctx block's lane-handoff --restart "$why" reads $why bare, so under set -u with no why it stops on an unbound variable. :131 already uses ${why-}. Pre-existing and outside The handoff skill's two PAUSED writes carry the why it computed, sanitized as lane-handoff's sanitize does, and a why carrying a line break is refused before step 1 (#80 item 7, #85) #264's delta.
  4. The default in ${CLAUDE_PROFILE_NAME:-<profile>} (skills/handoff/SKILL.md:801, :803, :806, :952), after a usage-limit death, names the profile that just ran out, with no comment saying so.

Suggested fix

Print lclaude <profile> (with the pclaude --lane fallback the skill gives) in lane-handoff. Mark the manual's placeholder blocks as text, or spell them as the skill does, and decide whether the block test should read the manual. Use "${why-}". Add the comment.
