By the way, do you know if there is a "cache" system when sync entities with Vicare api ?
For example, if I change the target temperature on vicare app, on HA the temperature is sync not with the first call but the second one, like there is a minimum time before the value is sync.
Usually, data is pulled once per minute or so. But if you have a lot of zigbee devices, this interval increases dramatically. Between that cached data is shown.
Ok thanks a lot for the information. So I guess the only way to make it works with HA is to change the temperature of the current mode right ?
About sync and caching, it tried the default sync of the integration. After, I tried to disabled default sync and use an automation to sync every 75sec.
I don't have a lot of zigbee devices (around 20). If I change the temperature right now, it will be change in 75sec+75sec.
But sometime when I send quickly two commandes, it sync the temp of the first command right after the second one. I struggle to find pattern to find a way to refresh data more often.

Hey @Hydro8, please share your diagnostic data from HA so we can have a look what is supported on your system.

Hi
Thanks for your reply. How can I do that ?

Your device has no preset modes that you can use. I guess these can only be set via the schedule.
However, I will see if I can make sure the modes are not shown when you cannot change them anyways.
