…ported temperatures Return compressor speed as a float and handle notConnected motor chamber, ambient and overheat temperatures consistently. Split these fixes from openviess#836 so they can be released as bug fixes. Cover fractional and zero speeds, all three disconnected temperature getters, and the existing Vitocal 222-S fixture.
