CAD View: Dimension labels disappear at extreme zoom-out levels

Description

While testing the Cross Section and Top View CADs in OsdagBridge, some dimension labels disappear when zooming out to an extreme level.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open OsdagBridge.
2. Enter valid input values for the bridge geometry.
3. Navigate to the Cross Section and Top View CADs.
4. Zoom out using the zoom-out (−) control.
5. Continue zooming out to a very small scale.

Observed Behavior

• Deck Thickness label disappears.
• CL of Bearing label disappears.
• Text visibility decreases at extreme zoom-out levels.
• Aspect ratio appears to change during zooming and requires further verification.

Expected Behavior

Dimension labels should remain appropriately visible or be handled consistently at extreme zoom levels. The CAD view should maintain an appropriate aspect ratio.
