fix: check out full history in the CodeQL workflow

The CodeQL workflow checks out a shallow clone. This repository uses Nerdbank.GitVersioning (version.json), which cannot calculate the version height from a shallow clone, so the autobuild step fails and CodeQL never analyses the code.

Adds fetch-depth: 0 to the checkout step, matching the standard workflow template in PanoramicData.NugetManagement (rule COM-04).
