[Bug]: Pressing Enter with an external keyboard should send the prompt on iPad

Steps to reproduce

1. Open T3 Code on an iPad Pro.
2. Connect and use an external hardware keyboard.
3. Open any session.
4. Type a prompt in the input field.
5. Press Enter.

Expected behavior

Pressing Enter should send the prompt, consistent with the macOS desktop app.

Shift + Enter should insert a new line without sending the prompt.

Actual behavior

Pressing Enter does not send the prompt. Shift + Enter is required to submit it, which is the opposite of the conventional behavior used by the macOS app and most chat-based applications.
