Axis ticks don't get cleared up on `scattergl` interaction

@dfcreative man that was quick! Just a note, the fix commit is for the error bar and the other linked pen (plain scatterplot) has the same appearance

@monfera that should be fixed in #2258, I cannot reproduce that. If there is an urge to fix that in current master, I can come up with a patch.

Depends on when the next plotly.js bundle is out, as now both the zoom and pan interactions seem to be impacted in the bundle. Best is to ask Étienne
